Ashley Deguchi Lee, owner of Henry D is a third-generation jeweler and has been extensively involved in the pearl business since she was young as her grandfather, Koji Deguchi, established Shima Pearl in the late 50s. After the passing of her father, Henry Deguchi, Ashley has continued the family legacy in the jewelry business.
